Kothur Indian Cuisine comes from my passion for cooking and serving people with heart.
Kothur is the name of my birthplace, meaning “new village.” I chose this name to honour my roots and the rich Indian traditions I grew up with, especially the spices and flavours that have always been close to me. What started as a personal dream has grown into a place where I can share those traditions with every guest who walks through our doors.
At Kothur, all our food is made fresh from scratch using quality ingredients and house-made spice blends. I believe in doing things the right way, not the easy way. From the first order of the day to the last, every dish is prepared with the same care, consistency, and respect.
